Diagnostics & Repairs
I had a recall notice from the dealer for a faulty part. I took the car to my dealer and while they replaced they told me that car need few repairs to carryout. The quote was excessive and so I took it to LCL as they were near to me. LCL mechanics checked and told me that 1/3rd of the works is in danger and the rest are not required now, but may be after 6 to 9 months, near to servicing time. I paid only 1/4th of dealer costs. This was 9 months back, today I took it to garage for the other works and servicing. All completed now and they had further diagnostics as well. I saved lot of money and realized that trusted Garages are well enough to maintain your vehicle and they are reasonably priced also. I am now an LCL customer!

MOT
LCL was offering MOT for 39.99 and I took my vehicle to LCL garage. While waiting there, they did all the tests and passed MOT. They advised me the areas which I need to check periodically and charged me exactly what they offered!

Servicing
Offered fixed price servicing. Requested for a collection and delivery. Though they were busy, they agreed to do the collection next day morning. They done the servicing and late evening, they delivered the car serviced.

I had an accident recently when I was travelling through East Ham. Cars bumper got damaged and stuck into the tyre. I called LCL as they were the local garage. LCL did all the paper work for me.
